Shipping Domestic

A flat charge of £9.50 (UK)  is added at the checkout when purchasing PRINTS. All prints  sent to a UK address are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Recorded Delivery - both services are fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt. 

All ORIGINAL WORKS will be sent by courier and the cost of shipping is extra to the total price paid - please contact us for quotes re: shipping.
 

Shipping International

A flat charge of £18.50 (International) is added at the checkout when purchasing PRINTS. All prints  sent to an International address are sent by Royal Mail International Delivery  - a fully tracked service which  requires a signature upon receipt. 

All ORIGINAL WORKS will be sent by courier and the cost of shipping is extra to the total price paid - please contact us for quotes re: shipping - we regularly ship to International addresses.
 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?

At Red Propeller we aim to process and send out your orders within three working days of your order being placed. We use a first class tracked and signed for service on all shipments - arriving the day after despatch in UK and delivery times outside UK vary depending on location - but usually within 14 days maximum.

Returns

Red Propeller accepts returns on any items within 24 hours of delivery.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us within 24 hours upon receipt of your artwork by either phone or e mail. Please see contact page for details.

Products must be returned to Red Propeller in the condition and in the same packaging as when they were delivered. When returning any goods it is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate and adequate insurance as Red Propeller cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and are issued within 7 working days of the item being received back to the gallery.

A full refund would be for the amount showing on the buyers invoice.
